- Since entire Farm House is given only to one group, we expect payment for minimum 10 persons above 10 years of age. Discount is given for the additional guests and additional children as stated in the Tariff Table.
- Tariff includes accommodation, taxes and set meal such as salad, two vegetable preparations, Chapati, Dal and Rice.
- Driver charges : Rs. 200/- (meal + breakfast or snacks)
- For Extra Child below 5 years : Free

| Booking Policy |
- 100 % advance payment required to confirm booking.
- For guest convenience they can deposit or transfer funds in our ICICI Bank account.
- Payments via cheque can also be made and same can be sent to us via courier to our office address.
- Confirmation is issued upon receipt for full payments only (subject to realization of cheque).

| Cancellation Policy |
- Any booking cancelled 15 days before check-in date - 25% charged.
- Any booking cancelled within 07 days of check-in date - 50% charged.
- Any booking cancelled within 03 days of travel date - 100% charged.
- No refund for any no-show and rooms for same would be free to let-out.
- No refund given due to short stay or early check-out or cancellations taken for any weekend, prime dates or long connecting weekends.
- (all cancellations are taken in written and refund are issued via cheque after deducting the dues)
